In order to enable its customers to create software for their businesses with the company “Nexllar,” the business that goes by the name “Nexllar” offers a choice of software service alternatives via a single platform.

Any mention of “Nexllar” in these Terms of Use shall be understood to relate to any such individuals who are duly authorized and working on the Company’s behalf. The Company may, at any time and in its sole discretion, delegate any or all of its rights, responsibilities, and obligations under these Terms of Use to such individuals. ‍

These Conditions of Use are electronic records within the meaning of the Information Technology Act of 2000, its implementing rules, and the provisions of several laws relating to electronic records as amended by the Information Technology Act of 2000. These Conditions of Use are generated by a computer system and do not require a physical or electronic signature. ‍

The Client Accepts The Terms Of These Terms Of Use And Any Addendum Or Annexure Made A Part Of These Terms Of Use By Using The Solution. The Client Should Not Use The Solution If The Client Does Not Agree To These Terms. Introduction:

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Nexllar Web Services Pvt Ltd ("Nexllar" or "we") and its clients ("Client" or "you") for the provision of website development, AI-powered solutions, e-commerce shopping platforms, and other digital services.

 

Service Description:

 

1. Nexllar offers website development, design, and maintenance services, including:

    - Custom website development

    - AI-powered solutions (e.g., AI Reels)

    - E-commerce shopping platforms

    - Website maintenance and support

2. Our services are designed to help businesses and entrepreneurs establish an online presence and reach their target audience.

 

Payment Terms:

 

1. Yearly Subscription: For certain services, we offer a yearly subscription model, where clients pay an annual fee for ongoing services, including maintenance, support, and updates.

2. One-Time Fees: For other services, we charge a one-time fee for the development and delivery of the website or digital solution.

Client Responsibilities:

Nexllar Responsibilities:

2. Maintain Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of client information and data, except as required by law.

3. Support and Maintenance: For clients on a yearly subscription, we will provide ongoing support and maintenance, including updates and bug fixes.

 

Intellectual Property:

 

1. Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the website or digital solution, except for any third-party components or tools used.

2. License: Nexllar grants the client a non-exclusive license to use our services and any third-party components or tools.

 

Termination:

 

1. Termination by Client: Clients can terminate their subscription or agreement with Nexllar by providing written notice.

2. Termination by Nexllar: Nexllar reserves the right to terminate any agreement or subscription if the client fails to comply with these Terms or if we determine it necessary to do so.

 

Warranty Disclaimer:

 

1. No Warranty: Nexllar provides its services "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties.

2. Limitation of Liability: Nexllar's liability for damages or losses is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

 

Governing Law:
